Satisfaction Guarantee
We 100% guarantee your satisfaction with our products. We know you'll love our wide selection of organic and natural bath and body products! We don't want you to simply be satisfied-we want you to be thrilled! If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. For our special deodorant guarantee, please read our policy below.
Returns / Exchanges
We are happy to give you a full refund of your product (not including any shipping) if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Just notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of your purchase at returns @ bubbleandbee.com and we will exchange the product or give you a refund for the purchase price of the item. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the product has been found to be defective. For defective items, click here.
Deodorant Guarantee / Exchange Policy
We feel it is extremely important to use a truly natural deodorant and not have to resort to chemicals, so we go the extra mile to help you find just the right product.
If the first deodorant you try from us doesn't work for you, we're happy to help you find a second, or even third one that does. Send us an e-mail to stephanie@bubbleandbee.com and tell us your issue. We have found that if one deodorant doesn't work for you, another one will. So, the first thing we do is send you an alternate combination of bacteria-fighting essential oils or method of delivery (spray vs. stick) of your choice. All you pay is the shipping (which will be under $5). If the replacement product doesn't work for you, we repeat the process until you're absolutely thrilled.
We are confident in our products, test them and use them ourselves every day with no exceptions. Everyone's body chemistry is different and what is right for you won't be right for others. Sometimes you'll get it right on the first try, and sometimes it may take some searching. Whatever the journey is, we will help you along the way to find the perfect product for you!

Defective Items
If a product you have received is defective, we will be happy to replace it and cover all shipping costs. All defective item returns will need a pre-approval code. Please do not send us your item until you have received a pre-approval code. E-mail us and tell us about your defective product and we will send you instructions for sending it back.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 48 hours. We offer reliable shipping through UPS, DHL and USPS. You will be supplied a tracking number for your order and can follow its progress to your location online. We cannot be responsible for damages that occur in shipping, however, we package our shipments very carefully to avoid problems. Standard orders are shipped via "ground" service and will reach you 2 to 5 business days from the time they leave our facility. If you would like expidited shipping, please e-mail us at stephanie@bubbleandbee.com for a customized quote. We can offer overnight, three day and two day expidited shipping.
