General Returns / Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your products or give you a refund of the purchase price of any unopened item (not including shipping). Just notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of your purchase at returns @ bubbleandbee.com and we will exchange the product or give you a refund for the purchase price of the item on any unopened item. We cannot return opened or used items, as we cannot resell them. We have opted to keep our pricing reasonable and to give you combo package options so it doesn't take a large investment to try our products.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange unless the product has been found to be defective. For defective items, click here. Please do not send items for a return without a proper return authorization. We reserve the right to not approve a return or exchange based on the condition of the item when it returns to us.
Deodorant Guarantee / Exchange Policy
Our deodorant comes with a satisfaction guarantee. We feel it is extremely important to use a truly natural deodorant and not have to resort to chemicals, so we go the extra mile to help you find just the right product.
If the first deodorant you try from us doesn't work for you to control odor, we're happy to help you find a second, or even third one that does. Send us an e-mail to email@example.com and tell us your issue. We have found that if one deodorant doesn't work for you, another one will. So, the first thing we do is send you an alternate combination of bacteria-fighting essential oils or method of delivery (spray vs. stick) of your choice. All you pay is the shipping (which we don't upcharge). If the replacement product doesn't work for you, we repeat the process until you're absolutely thrilled. We cannot offer a money-back return of an opened personal care item like deodorant. We will, however, send you a replacement to try. If you ordered more than one deodorant, we will accept any unopened / undamaged items and give you a refund excluding any shipping charges associated with the return. You must have a return authorization.
We are confident in our products, test them and use them ourselves every day with no exceptions. Everyone's body chemistry is different and what is right for you won't be right for others. Sometimes you'll get it right on the first try, and sometimes it may take some searching. Whatever the journey is, we will help you along the way to find the perfect product for you!
We handle our deodorant exchange policy on a single item basis. For example, say you bought a Truly Herbal Spray and a Lemongrass Rosemary stick and neither worked for you. First we'd find out what delivery method you prefer, stick, spray, or putty. Then, we'd give you our suggestions and you would choose your replacement for the Truly Herbal Spray and repeat the process until we find something that works for you. After we've found a suitable replacement, if it's still within 30 days of your original purchase, we would then start send you a replacement for the Lemongrass Rosemary stick.
Dislike of scent, allergies, or other reactions (which are rare and typically caused by other conditions) do not apply under the guarantee. The replacement guarantee applies to odor control only.

If a product you have received is defective, we will be happy to replace it and cover all shipping costs. All defective item returns will need a return authorization. Please do not send us your item until you have received a pre-approval code. E-mail us and tell us about your defective product and we will send you instructions for sending it back.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days unless there is a backordered item. We offer reliable shipping through USPS, and occassionally, for larger orders, FedEx. You will be supplied a tracking number for your order and can follow its progress to your location online. We cannot be responsible for damages that occur in shipping, however, we package our shipments very carefully to avoid problems. US Orders: When you choose Priority Mail at checkout it is typically in transit for just 2-3 days. When you chose First Class, it typically takes a week. You'll receive a tracking e-mail from stamps.com with all your tracking information.
International Orders: First Class Mail is not trackable, not guaranteed and not insured. International First Class Mail takes 2-5 weeks. Priority Mail Small Flat Rate is an expected 6-10 day delivery time, is also not insured and not trackable. Priority Mail is an expected 6-10 day delivery time, has limited insurance, and is trackable. Express Mail is 3-5 days, trackable, and insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods or orders; all claims must be handled directly through US Postal Service.
Shipping rates for countries outside US and Canada will not be calculated at checkout, and you will be charged separately for your shiping method of choice. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
